Our Mission  

Cultural Equity is a cross-cultural management consultancy, specializing in Cultural Intelligence. We enable our customers to create profitable international relationships by building cultural bridges that enhance understanding and establish trust. In addition to professional training qualifications and experience, we have strong backgrounds in the relevant fields, such as International Business, International Marketing, and International HRM. Our cultural experts possess both lengthy and broad industry experience, and have academic qualifications to postgraduate level, including diverse fields as marketing, organizational behaviour, translation and interpreting. A senior partner is currently conducting research on Cultural Intelligence in China as part of his PhD.

We hold membership to the Australian China Business Council (ACBC) which gives us access to current information and contacts in the Chinese mainland. We also receive timely updates concerning the export situation in Taiwan via Taiwantrade. 

Furthermore, Cultural Equity is bilingual- English and Chinese- which guarantees smooth communication between Australia and China.
